You can download all your personal data at any time through Settings > Export My Data. The export includes your profile information, cat profiles, scan history, and analysis results in a portable JSON format.
When you delete your account through Settings, all your data is permanently removed, including your account, cat profiles, scan history, uploaded photos, and credit balance. This action cannot be undone. Any remaining credits will be forfeited.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have additional rights including: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal, and the right to lodge complaints with your data protection authority.
California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, opt-out, and non-discrimination. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you are located in Brazil, you have rights under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), including the right to: access your data, correct incomplete or inaccurate data, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, data portability, information about sharing, consent revocation, and the right to file complaints with the ANPD (National Data Protection Authority). Analytics collection requires your explicit consent in Brazil.
This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. For EU users and Brazilian users, the minimum age is 16 years.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and providing prominent notice for material changes.

This App provides informational assessments only and is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition in your cat. The analysis provided does not constitute veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING VETERINARY BILLS, DAMAGES FROM HEALTH ISSUES OR DEATH OF YOUR CAT, OR DAMAGES FROM RELIANCE ON APP RESULTS.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend and indemnify Cat Pain Check AI from claims arising from your use of the App, violation of Terms, or failure to seek appropriate veterinary care.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed and unused credits are forfeited. We may terminate accounts for Terms violations.
These Terms are between you and Cat Pain Check AI only, not Apple. Cat Pain Check AI is solely responsible for the App, its maintenance, warranties, and addressing any claims.
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
